Legal Terms and Conditions for the “Squid Game” Scavenger Hunt  

1. Organizer  
This scavenger hunt is organized by ESPACIO DELICIAS, S.L. (hereinafter, “the Organizer”), with its registered address at CALLE DE LAS MERCEDES, 25, 5ºDPTO, 48930 GETXO, Vizcaya, with the purpose of promoting the immersive experience of *Squid Game* at Espacio Ibercaja Delicias, Madrid.  

2. Participants  
Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 and over, or minors accompanied by an adult. Participation is free of charge and does not require the purchase of any product or service.  

3. Date and Time 
The scavenger hunt will take place on Saturday, January 11, 2025, between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. During this time, participants must complete the indicated route.  

4. Scavenger Hunt Mechanics  
The Organizer will post the initial clue to find the first Pink Guard on its official Instagram account.  
Participants must go to the specified location, show that they follow the Instagram accounts @espaciodelicias and @netflixes, and receive a card with the next clue.  
Participants must follow the clues and collect cards at each stop.  
To complete the scavenger hunt, participants must deliver all the collected cards to the final Pink Guard at Espacio Ibercaja Delicias, where they will receive a reward based on their arrival order.  

5. Rewards 
- First 20 participants: Immediate entry to the immersive Squid Game experience.  
- Next 50 participants: A special card granting 2-for-1 tickets.  
- Next 100 participants: A special card granting a 30% discount on tickets.  

6. Participation Conditions  
Participation implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.  
Participants must complete the route within the indicated time frame (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM).  
Inappropriate, unfair, or disruptive behavior that hinders the normal development of the scavenger hunt will not be permitted.  
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these conditions or acts against the spirit of the event.  

7. Data Protection 
In accordance with current data protection regulations, the Organizer informs participants that personal data collected during the scavenger hunt will be processed to manage the activity and rewards, as well as for promotional communications related to the event.  

8. Event Modification or Cancellation  
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the scavenger hunt due to force majeure, without incurring any liability.  

9. Legislation and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
